       Chapter 1 , it is where it  Introduces the characters .The setting takes place in the late 1920's , where many people were getting rich at that time and  it was easy  getting  rich in the 1920's .It was explaining about the West Egg ,which were the poor people including  Nick  and  Gataby . In the other hand , the East Egg were the rich people including Daisy Tom. Many people looked up to the East Egg.

Although some may argue  that those who owns billions of money are the happies  people alive but unfortunately that's not true . Everybody have a lonelyness Inside them  ,who cares if your rich or poor. We might have money but it doesn't make us happen . Someone that we desire the most are the ones that makes us  appreciate life . "Peace and happiness over rich and agony "-phora
